Background Inventor/Invention

The technology is based upon simple principles actually developed in the 1930’s and 1940’s by a U.S. scientist named Royal Rife.  Mr. Rife investigated and catalogued diseases/ illnesses such as diabetes, typhoid fever, obesity and migraine headaches. The patients were seated in a room and listed to various sound vibrations. These vibrations were essentially noise cancellation algorithms not unlike those used today in computer modems to block out loud unpleasant audible sound.  The Rife treatments lasted several hours a day.  Success was common in many patients, although Mr. Rife was ridiculed and eventually stopped by U.S. Government Agencies in the 1950’s.
Our Inventor an Electrical Engineer was trained in noise cancellation and in reverse engineering while working at MCI-WorldCom in the 1990’s.  While investigating holograms on his own in the early 2000’s he recognized that sound waves could be stored inside a hologram  (as if in a semiconductor chip, yet not requiring any power source) and that these sound waves could be silent using noise cancellation sound waves so as not to disturb human beings. Taking the work of the late Royal Rife and placing the sound waves into holographic images (either as a holographic photograph or as a text message of a photo sent through a cell phone) would thus create major opportunities never imagined in the 1930’s whereby people could be treated for only a few seconds a day without the need to sit for hours in a room and being forced to listen to various sounds.
The Inventor went a step further and created sound frequencies that fine tune engines and electric motors such that performance is increased / enhanced overall and in a short period of time (typically under 20 minutes, not weeks).  This can be done remotely (using either cell phones carrying text messages) from anywhere in the world, further saving time and expenses.  Horsepower is increased along with torque and the engines and motors burn fuel more consistently because the fuel is chemically broken down (using sound waves) before intake of the fuel.  Physical holograms  (these are quite small at about 3/8 inch by one and 1/2 inch by 1/64th inch) containing the desired frequencies also can be placed on the engine or motor block areas and these act the same way as the cell phone delivery system too. These holograms can be embedded within glass/ plastic/ metal as needed. The sounds transfer through any known substance, even lead.
The desired results of the performance enhancements will vary from engine to motor as well as the type(s) of fuel used. Importantly after the initial same day changes are accomplished in horsepower improvement, further improvements can be made by fine tuning the sound vibrations almost always. 
The beauty of this technology is that results are relatively easy to measure the same day.  Performance fine tuning that would have cost many hundreds of hours of testing or many hundreds of dollars (or thousands) are no longer a restraint on production.
